How to cancel

Log into your account, then click ‘Order History’

Find your subscription order then click on the link for that order number

Scroll down to the ‘Related Subscriptions’ section, then click on the link there

Click the red ‘Cancel’ button

You will then see the message ‘Your subscription has been cancelled’

You will see the status of your subscription as ‘Pending Cancellation’ – this is because you have already paid for your subscription and so you will still be able to access the video library until your subscription runs out. After that date, this status will change to ‘Cancelled’
